Being one of Marriott's lower level does not stop this place from shining. It appeared every bit as new as the first time I stayed there soon after it opened. From the Keurig coffee maker and breakfast selections to great location, I rate this hotel in the top of places to stay in Lubbock. Tx

Belle has been awesome during my stay. The thermostat in my room runs on a motion sensor, so it gets pretty warm when I’m out. She went out of her way to grab me a fan so I could be more comfortable and enjoy my room. Super kind and really cares about guests. Thank you, Belle!

Addison is great, kind and very nice overall person. We stayed here one night and the only thing wrong was the hotel room was kinda smelly not a big deal. We weren’t sure if we were gonna stay a second night and enrolled us in a program. So we came back a second night before we leave back to Denver and was very helpful even got a better deal than the first night. Also, the housekeeper and the lady in charge of breakfast can’t recall their names were excellent 10/10 definitely recommend. BTW the second room on the second day was great.
10 outta 10! Everybody was nice and friendly! Especially Belle and Jacquelyn at the front desk! The room was nice and clean! The shower was relaxing! We loved everything from the TV to the coffee maker! We will definitely stay there again!
The stay was good. The rooms are very nice. The service was great. When I got there at 4:00 p.m. the lady told me that my room was not ready but she did have one that was ready and gave me that one. Exceptional service! Only thing I did not like about this stay was The construction going on nearby and you could hear it all night long!
What a great stay we had with y'all! My dad always stays with you when driving from Albuquerque to Austin, and we're so glad we did too. We got in pretty late after driving all day, but Daniel at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. Our room was clean and had a nice size fridge and coffee maker. The complimentary continental breakfast was actually quite yummy! They even had a Belgian waffle maker! And Daniel was there to check us out and sent us safely on our way. Thank you so much!
